A free concert under the stars happens from 6 to 9:30 p.m. today on the Great Lawn of Kapi'olani Community College. The event features the jazz of Noel Okimoto & Ohana; the Motown-esque group Tradewinds; and Rubber Soul, purveyors of that ever-popular Beatles sound. Bring dinner, mats, lawn chairs, coolers and a sweater or jacket. No alcohol, please. Hot food, snacks and soft drinks will be sold,
